An order can be canceled only when it has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly get in touch with our support team on care.botanium@gmail.com.
Upon confirmation of your request, the order will be deemed cancelled, and the refund will be made within a period of up to 7 business days.
In addition, we would like to remind you that any orders that have already been sent can no longer be cancelled.
We will accept returns only in the case of product damages sustained while being shipped, defects in the product, or an incorrect product shipped. To return a product, please email us at care.botanium@gmail.com, along with accompanying evidence – pictures of the damaged or wrong product issued within the return time.
If you want to return all or a part of your order, please inform us within 48 hours when you receive the products by sending a message to care.botanium@gmail.com.
The returns shall not be accepted under the following situations:
Upon receipt of the returned product, Botanium will conduct an examination of the product as well as entitlement to the claim made in respect of it.
If your claim for return is accepted, you will be given a replacement or a refund depending on your choice. If it is considered to be a product that cannot be returned, it will be sent back to you.
We will issue refunds for online orders within 7 working days to the relevant account such as; debit/credit, bank accounts, etc. In the case of COD orders, refunds will be made within 14 working days to your bank account.
